Louis, a lung cancer patient in Ahoskie, needed gas to get to and from treatment.

Louis needed to travel to Greenville Mon-Fri for 5 weeks for radiation. We covered the gas, and he was able to complete his treatments.

Grace, an 18 year old brain cancer patient was losing her hair due to radiation.

Her insurance would not cover a wig payment, so we purchased one for her.

Grace's confidence skyrocketed with the new wig, and she felt like herself again.

Christine, stage 4 melanoma, was unable to work and needed help to keep the lights on.

Cancer Services partnered with other local organizations to stretch the available resources for her to help her get by during her treatment.

Cancer Services supplied Robert with a grocery card about once a month to assist him with having food on the table.
